Twitter’s social media services are back online, following a sudden outage on Thursday, October 15.
Twitter announced that it was trying to fix a global malfunction that affected its platform on Thursday night around 22:25 GMT. The identification of the causes that derived from this, in a fact that arises after the severe criticism directed at the social network site for banning a political article in the middle of the US presidential election campaign.

The social media site said it was investigating the global disruption of the platform.
The company said in a statement that it is investigating the source of the defect, adding: “We found some problems with our internal systems and we have no evidence of a security breach.”
The statement added that more updates will be released at a later time.
Furthermore, a spokesperson for the group told “Agence France Presse”: “We know that people face problems when tweeting and using Twitter … we seek to fix this problem as soon as possible.”
It is worth noting that “Twitter” users who encountered problems on Twitter received a message saying, “Something went wrong, but don’t worry … try again.”
