The idea of establishing the club started in 2002 with Mr. Mohamed Abu El-Enein, founder and president of Cleopatra Group, who commissioned Mr. Mohsen Hassan to establish the club, form its board of directors and turn the idea into reality.
The club was established in 2006 and is affiliated with one of the leading companies in the ceramic industry in Egypt and the Middle East, owned by the famous businessman Mohamed Abu Al-Enein.
He participated in the 2006/2007 season in the Second Division Corporate League.
In 2007, the club went from being a company club to a club affiliated with the records of the Egyptian Football Association.
The 2007/2008 season began in the fourth division and managed to lead the competition and advance to the third division league.
The club continued their brilliance and managed to climb to the second division league and in their first season they ranked fourth and competed for promotion to the Premier League, and last year the team competed hard to climb to the last two weeks and finished the season in third place.
The best achievement for the team was reaching the 32nd round of the Egyptian Cup.
The team will represent the Suez Governorate and will play its Premier League matches at Suez Stadium.
