4- The selection of the names eligible for the subsidy depends on the choice of the groups that have already been affected by the Crown epidemic as a result of their work in irregular sectors and their lack of an insurance system, that is, they do not obtain insurance from any public or private entity.
5- The new exchange mechanism for the fourth stage, determined by the Committee for Support and Assistance to Workers Affected by the Economic Repercussions of the Coronavirus.
