Today, Thursday, the Al-Ahly team had a strong physical training in the team’s second training session in Morocco. In preparation for the match against Wydad scheduled for tomorrow Saturday, in the first leg of the semi-finals of the African Champions League.
Capello Rangwaja, the physical load planner of the team’s coaching staff, directed the different physical exercises of the players, in the training that took place this afternoon at the Kahramaa California Stadium in Casablanca.
Goalkeeping coach Yankon Michel led an intense training session for the team’s three goalkeepers, Mohamed El Shennawy, Ali Lotfi and Mustafa Schubert, in training this afternoon at Kahramaa California Stadium in Casablanca.
The course witnessed several training units for the three guards, especially in handling crosses and corrections from different angles.
Mahmoud Kahraba, the team’s player, began conducting training exercises around the stadium, on the sidelines of the training session that took place tonight at the Kahramaa California Stadium in Casablanca, Morocco.
The player went through several qualifying sessions based on the schedule he did to prepare him for the next stage.
Dr. Khaled Mahmoud, the team physician, was eager to meet with the player to follow up on the implementation of the treatment program he is undergoing.
Kahraba had complained of pain in her back muscle during her participation in the Pyramids tournament match.
Betso Mosimane, the team’s coach, held a meeting with Khaled Mahmoud, the team’s doctor, on the sidelines of Al-Ahly’s second training session in Casablanca, Morocco, which was held tonight.
Musimani met with the team doctor in the presence of nutritionist Abd al-Rahman Saeed, to follow up on some matters related to the team.
