– Dr. Muhammad Abd al-Rahman Muhammad al-Dhawini, known as Muhammad al-Dhawini, was born in the village of Majool in the Samanoud district of the Gharbia Governorate, on March 29, 1965.

He received a high degree, “BA” from the Sharia and Law Division of Al-Azhar University, with a very good grade with honors in 1990.

– He obtained a master’s degree in comparative jurisprudence with excellent qualification in 1995, on the subject of “Investigation and study of the marriage book from the Tahdheeb Al-Ahkam manuscript by Imam Al-Baghawi _ Comparative Jurisprudence”.

He obtained a doctorate in comparative jurisprudence in 1998, with an excellent grade with first-class honors, and recommending a message exchange with other universities in the Al-Azhar University Faculty of Sharia and Law, with a study concerned to explain the failures of the eight schools of thought, comparing and weighing them, then comparing them with positive law and weighing the proper direction and interest according to the requirements. .

Appointed Teaching Assistant in the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence, Faculty of Sharia and Law, effective December 29, 1991.

– Assistant Professor in the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence, Cairo Faculty of Sharia and Law in 1995.

As a teacher in the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence, Faculty of Sharia and Law, starting in 1998.

He was an assistant professor at the Sultan Qaboos Academy of Police Sciences in the Sultanate of Oman in September 2002.

As an assistant professor in the Faculty of Sharia and Law of Al-Azhar University in Cairo, starting in 2004.

He was then an associate professor at the Sultan Qaboos Academy of Police Sciences in the Sultanate of Oman from September 2004 to September 2007.

He was then appointed Associate Professor of Islamic Sharia and Comparative Jurisprudence at the Dubai Judicial Institute from June 2014 to September 2016.

– He was then appointed Secretary General of the Council of Senior Researchers in April 2020.

He has published numerous research papers and studies.
