President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 362 of 2020 approving the sub-agreement between the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Government of Canada regarding the implementation of the project “Addressing Gaps in Health and Reproductive Rights in Egypt ”, signed in Cairo on 03/17/2020.
President El-Sisi also issued Decree No. 426 for the year 2020 on the approval of a memorandum of understanding between the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Board of Trustees of the American University in Cairo regarding the amendment. of article VI of the protocol signed between the two parties on 11/12/1975 on the status and organization of the American University in Cairo and signed on 05/20/20 / ۷.
President El-Sisi also issued Decree No. 445 of 2020 regarding the approval of an amendment agreement between the Arab Republic of Egypt, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Emirates NBD (Capital Limited), First Abu Dhabi Bank and other parties regarding the amendment of three trade agreements, the Trade Conditions Agreement and the Traditional Facilities Agreement, and the Islamic facilities “were concluded between the same parties on 8/20/2020, and Decisions were issued in this regard Presidential Nos. 428, 429 and 430 for the year 2020, signed on 4/8/2020.
