Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, highlighted the importance of expediting the implementation of the inventory and management system of real estate assets, which leads us to a desired objective, which is to arrive at a national number for each property, indicating that this is a real guarantee to achieve governance in all procedures and actions related to real estate assets. This also contributes to preserving properties, providing services easily and conveniently in a short period of time, while helping to reduce violations and offenses, and supports Egypt’s position according to global indicators in the field of information technology and therefore attracts more significant global investment.

This came during a meeting held by Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, to follow up the executive position to prepare the inventory and management system of real estate assets, in the presence of Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Technology of the Information, and Eng. Khalid Al-Attar, Vice Minister of Communications for Administrative Development, Digital Transformation and Automation.

For his part, Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, explained that the “Real Estate Inventory and Management System” aims to achieve a rational management of real estate assets by building a precise spatial database , integrated with the Egyptian state’s information infrastructure project, within the framework of the state’s strategy towards digital transformation. .

The minister explained that to achieve its objectives, the system will create a unified and central database for all types of establishments, with the definition of building requirements in localities and urban communities, licensing data and violations for each property, as well as the determination of the value of the real estate taxes to be collected, and ownership data through the real estate month. An account of the actions that have been carried out, in addition to the administrative division of each state entity, and data on the consumption of public services including water, electricity and gas.
