Al-Ahly presented a gift to his traditional rival Zamalek on a gold plate, and kept it on the league title after he drew negatively against Pyramids during the match, which brought them together at the Cairo Stadium in the 33rd matchday of the Egyptian League.

The tie lifted Al-Ahly’s balance to 86, atop the Egyptian League, while Pyramids raised his account to 64.

Zamalek is in second place with 65 points, and tomorrow he still has a game left against the border guards, knowing that the white knight will have 3 points deducted at the end of the league.
