The Council of Ministers approved, in its weekly meeting, today Wednesday, 6 new decisions that came out as follows:
• Approval of the draft decision of the President of the Republic on the allocation of some areas of privately owned state lands of the Toshka district in the Aswan and New Valley governorates, including parcels of land for the benefit of the General Authority for Recovery and the Agricultural Development that will be used for recovery and cultivation purposes, as well as a plot of land for the National Agency for Service Projects for use for fish farming and investment.
• Approval of the draft decision of the President to amend Article (5) of Presidential Decree No. 140 of 2009, adding the Aerospace Engineering and Technology Institutes, Computing and Aerospace Information Technology to the Egyptian Academy of Aviation Sciences, and this aims to expand the academic base of disciplines to meet the learning requirements of students. And the acquisition of skills.
• Approval of the request to establish new branches of the “National Bank of Egypt” in four locations of youth centers in the governorates of Ismailia, Port Said and Sharkia, as well as the request of “Banque Misr”, related to the lease of 8 premises in the usufruct system for youth centers in the governorates of Sohag, Assiut and Beheira. , Matrouh, Dakahlia, Cairo and Sharkia, with the aim of optimizing the use of state facilities and facilities and obtaining good economic returns from them, in addition to providing self-financing to youth centers, which allows them to raise the level of performance of the multiple services that these centers provide.
• Approval of the approval of the Board of Directors of the Support Fund for Social Housing and Real Estate Financing on September 15, 2020, to offer 3,869 social housing units with an area of 75 square meters, under the subsidized real estate financing system for low-income people, at a sale price of 164,000 pounds per housing unit other than 5% maintenance per unit; And that in the governorates: Ismailia, Sharkia, Minya, Sohag and Qena.
• Approve the approval of the decisions and recommendations issued by the meeting of the Ministerial Engineering Committee held on October 4, 2020 in relation to the direct assignment of companies, or increase the assignment orders to complete the works for the benefit of the investments that were spent on (26) projects, and applicants are responsible for the corresponding prices.
• Approval by the government of the meeting minutes of the Supreme Compensation Committee, made up of Prime Minister’s Decision No. 1677 of 2017, No. 42 of 10 / 1-2020, which includes a combined statement of the total values of the ratios compensation for contracting contracts, supplies and public services owed to contractors, which were calculated by each party Subject to Law No. 84 of 2017.
