The authorities found the body in an advanced state of decomposition at the entrance to the “Thania” area of ​​the Boumerdes governorate (central), in an abandoned gas station.

The mother of the victim referred to the accused murderer in previous rape cases, who had served a 3-year sentence on a similar charge, and the girl’s mother claimed that her daughter had been subjected to successive threats by the mother of the offender before she was released from prison to take revenge on her for the complaint she filed against him 3 years ago after being accused of rape. .

The girl’s mother claimed that her daughter left the house to pay the phone bill, before the news of her daughter’s death reached her.

According to the version of the security services, if he beat Shaima and then sexually assaulted her, before massacring her from vein to vein with a knife, he cut the veins in her feet, then burned her to hide the traces of the crime, and the security services arrested the perpetrator and confessed his crime.

At the popular, partisan and political level, many of them expressed their solidarity with the girl’s family and demanded fair retribution from the perpetrator and the imposition of the maximum penalty. They also highlighted the need to enact laws to counter these repeat crimes.
