Al-Ahly fans look forward to Pitso Mosimane, the Red Genius’ new coach, arriving Thursday night to lead the team into the next stage.
The Al-Ahly Board of Directors, headed by Mahmoud Al-Khatib, issued an official decision on Thursday, announcing the termination of the contract with Rene Fyler, the team’s technical director, to be succeeded by Pitso Musimani in the leadership of the Red Genie.
Al-Ahly decided to hire Pitso Musimani as technical director, starting tomorrow Friday, for a period of two seasons, with his assistant, which includes a general coach, a physical trainer and a performance analyst, Sami Shirts, a coach assistant, and the Belgian coach, Michel Yancon, the goalkeeping coach.
