Saad Eddin explained to Masrawy that the Ministry of Manpower is currently working to continue with the disbursement of the fourth stage of irregular employment, in accordance with the directives of President Sisi, and explained that the ministry is awaiting a decision from the cabinet on the mechanism to complete the disbursement of the 500.
He added that about two million citizens received the irregular employment subsidy, during the 3 months that President Sisi previously directed, pointing out that the new exchange mechanism is established by the Committee for Support and Assistance to Workers affected by the economic repercussions of the Coronavirus,
He clarified that the new disbursement mechanism will not be far from the previous mechanism, noting that the president ordered the committee to look for the beneficiaries, and the question remains: does the committee open the door to re-present, or not? Are the names counted or not? At the same time, he stressed that the commission will refer to the Ministry of Manpower in this regard.
The total value of the grant decided by President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, for the irregular workers affected by the outbreak of the Crown epidemic, during the three previous stages, was approximately two billion pounds and 400 million and 314 thousand pounds, disbursed in 3 stages, each stage worth 500 pounds for each deserving worker, for a total of 1500 pounds. Approximately one million 600 thousand 216 irregular workers benefited from it.
For her part, Dr. Hala Al-Saeed, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, and Rapporteur of the Commission for Support and Assistance to Workers affected by the economic repercussions of the Coronavirus, announced the extension of the irregular employment allowance of 500 pounds for another three months, in October, November and December 2020.

Masrawy has 10 steps to disburse the grant as follows:
1- The Ministry of Communications sends an SMS message to the mobile phone registered in the beneficiary’s name with the exchange dates.
2- The distribution of the beneficiaries into groups in each of the three lots during the phase.
3- The number of each group varies from 250,000 to 260,000 beneficiaries, in order to prevent overcrowding to preserve public safety.
4- Determine 5 days for each payment to carry out the redemption process.
5- The 500 are disbursed through the ATM card that the worker entitled to the subsidy received at the beginning of the second phase.
6- Disbursement is made through 14,000 ATMs nationwide.
7- The fourth stage is expected to be paid for the same labor that was expended during the previous three stages.
8- The ATM card is automatically activated to be ready for exchange, 24 hours after the arrival of a message.
9- The scholarship will be paid in 3 installments for 3 consecutive months (October-November-December).
10- The Ministry of Manpower specifies two days for those who failed to pay for each batch.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi had instructed Prime Minister Dr Mostafa Madbouly to discuss the possibility of extending the disbursement of the irregular employment grant estimated at £ 500 until the end of this year, especially in the tourism sector, during the Inauguration of the hydrocracking complex project in Mostorod.
