The Prosecutor’s Office orders the imprisonment of a defendant accused of desecrating the exhibition of a child in New Cairo

The Prosecutor’s Office ordered the imprisonment of a person accused of defaming the exhibition of a Gregorian minor in (New Cairo) for four days as a precautionary measure pending investigations. By violating her nudity and luring a child into a car, the incident was reported to have been in (the New Cairo area), and the matter was brought to the attention of “Mr. Prosecutor General Counsel”, who ordered the follow-up of investigations into the incident.

Considering that, the “Public Ministry” received a report from the mother of the minor victim on September 26 of the accusation that the accused took his son to the property at his residence on the twenty-first of that month, and who lured him to his car claiming he wanted to play with it, and he committed his crime inside. She escaped and the aforementioned testified the same content of her communication in the investigations.

When questioning the “Public Ministry” about the victim of the minor, it decided that the defendant attacked him indecently after luring him to his car on the day of the incident, and met the defendant during his judicial presentation during the investigations.

The Public Ministry saw the internationalized clip of the download from the surveillance camera that recorded it, and the Public Ministry learned from the investigation received from the General Directorate of Traffic that the car attributed to the accused in the clip was his.

Likewise, the “Public Ministry” has delegated to the “forensic doctor” the signature of the victim’s medical examination, evidencing the material effects of the fact, and has also delegated “one of the officers specialized in technical assistance” to the “Ministry of the Interior “to match the image of the arrested suspect with the image attributed to him in the circulating section. Investigations are being completed.

Due to this fact, the “Public Ministry” emphasizes the need to prevent such clips from being circulated on social networks, even if the purpose is good, and to refer them to the “Public Ministry” or to the competent authorities; To take the due legal measures on the facts that are disclosed, it is more important to present them to the public, who are not specialists, in order to preserve the sanctity of the victims’ lives and their privacy, and to ensure the proper conduct of justice and the integrity of the investigations.
