Press reports revealed that Mostafa Mohamed, the Zamalek striker, had entered the circle of interests of Spanish clubs to join him during the transfers this summer.
The Spanish newspaper “AS” said on Monday that Rayo Vallecano and Elche, who play in La Liga, want to include Mustafa Mohamed, noting that the Zamalek forward expressed his desire to leave.
The Madrid newspaper added that Rayo Vallecano is working to close three agreements a week before the end of the summer transfer market, which are: left back, winger and frank forward.
He indicated that Vicano pointed to the contract with Mustafa Mohamed to support the attack, highlighting that the idea of playing in Spain is of interest to the 23-year-old.
AS noted that Mustafa Mohamed made a notable impression at the 2019 U23 African Cup of Nations after scoring four goals to become the top scorer in the tournament that crowned the Egyptian Olympic team.
The well-known newspaper in Spain stated that Mustafa Mohamed has several professional alternatives in Europe at the negotiating table, which would help him develop and seek a new glory to add to his career.
AS concluded its report, saying that Rayo Vallecano does not have a crisis in the inclusion of foreign players, since the club has a vacancy in the number of players from outside the European Union.
Mustafa Muhammad is reported to have drawn the attention of Fenerbahce and Galatasaray to hire him, reportedly, but Mortada Mansour, president of the Zamalek club, rejected the idea of the player’s professionalism to Turkey for political reasons.
