In the verdict, Counselor Muhammad Abweidak, President of the Kafr al-Dawwar Juvenile Court, said in the verdict: “In the name of God, truth, justice … as the court recognized with certainty and established in its conscience that the accused betrayed his cousin and tried to force her to fall into his house, and failing in that, he killed and killed her. His twin sons were going to slaughter their necks with a white weapon (a knife) for fear of exposing their matter, and he did not know that God would see, and that his action would be seen, and here is the accused, and today he appeared in court with the hand stained with the blood of three innocent souls to receive the penalty for what they committed in terms of sin and aggression. The reward of this world is easier for him than the reward of the Hereafter, so the reward of the Hereafter is increasing.

This noble verse clearly states the punishment for deliberately killing a believer. It is eternity in the fire of hell, with anger, curse, expulsion and estrangement from God’s mercy. And great torment.

By God, there is no god but God, it is a terrible party, a denominator, more severe for the believer than any punishment, since there is no longer warning and party and there is no penalty afterwards.

Whereas, while the court was about to impose the penalty, it could only impose the maximum penalty stipulated in the law, since the accused was a child, leaving the retribution of Almighty God.

Therefore, the court ruled in presence to punish the accused minor, Yasser Muhammad Ahmed Aref, with 15 years in prison and the seizure of the weapon.
