Two young Egyptians filed a lawsuit against Nasser Al-Khelaifi, president of Paris Saint-Germain, before a Swiss court, accused of insulting and slandering Egypt and the Egyptian people. Racist expressions, insults and defamations of the Egyptian people were exposed to him by the president of the club in the French capital.

Mido and Nasser confirmed that this incident occurred while walking behind Nasser Al-Khelaifi, president of Paris Saint-Germain, on a street in Switzerland.

Those who send racist or intimidating expressions in Europe are known to be subject to severe sanctions and penalties.

Mido Abdel Qader said in a special statement on the seventh day that he and his colleague refused to accept Al-Khulaifi’s insults against the people of Egypt and decided to go to the Swiss judiciary after recording a video clip of the Qatari accused of corruption cases to investigate the incident and take action to restore honor and punish Al-Khulaifi for his immoral behavior towards the people of Egypt.

He went on to say: We respect the Swiss judiciary and rely on judicial justice to punish Nasser Al-Khulaifi as a result of his transgression against all Egyptians.

For his part, the Al Arabiya TV delegate said this Wednesday morning that the Federal Criminal Court of Bellenzona, in southern Switzerland, will set the weekend as the date for the verdict against Qatari businessman Nasser Al-Khulaifi.

Yesterday, the Federal Court resumed the hearing of the case of what is known as “FIFA Gate”, which concerns the former secretary general of FIFA, the French citizen Jerome Falk, and the Qatari businessman Nasser Al-Khulaifi.

The Prosecutor’s Office accused Al-Khalifi of inciting the breach of trust, while Falk was accused of granting “BN Sport” the rights to broadcast matches without clear tenders, but in exchange for the town of Priyanka, in addition to accusing him of withholding the Commissions Al-Khalifa had given him, especially a luxurious villa that he made available to him. The Swiss prosecutor said that Al-Khalifi had made the villa available to Falk in March 2014.

The Swiss prosecutor said Falk promised Al-Khalifi to grant “BN Sport” the broadcasting rights before FIFA’s decision. He explained that Nasser Al-Khalifi promised the former FIFA official to buy the villa on October 24, 2013 and the “Football Association” is asking the court to fine Falk more than four million euros.
