The circular included ordering local units in the Kom Hamada, Itay Al-Baroud, Shubrakhit, Al-Rahmaniyah, Mahmoudiya and Rasheed centers to evacuate homes, buildings, livestock pens and fish cages, located on state land, to avoid damage. that may result from flooding of agricultural land and to preserve the lives of citizens.
According to the text of the circular addressed by the Beheira governorate to local units, “within the framework of the measures to be taken, coinciding with the possibility of excessive behavior as it passes through the Nile, during the next three days, and the consequent rise in water levels in the Rosetta arm of the Nile River, and the occurrence of flooding of the offering lands The river that is confined within the water sector, and is invaded by illegal occupants through cultivation, filling, construction or fish cages, the necessary measures will be taken immediately for the evacuation of all buildings, including houses, livestock pens, warehouses and fish cages, as well as any socks of agricultural crops, on the grounds of the river laying, of the unit’s range. Local citizens, in addition to alerting citizens to quickly evacuate their crops and any belongings that may be damaged as a result of being submerged in the water of the Nile, rising water levels or flooding.
