The Prime Minister’s decisions on new procedures for coexistence with the Coronavirus will come into effect as of tomorrow, Monday.
(Masrawy), in the following report, reviews the most important activities and events to which the new decisions apply.
Weddings and weddings
According to the decisions of the Council of Ministers, starting tomorrow, Monday, weddings and similar events are allowed to be held in open places in hotel and tourist facilities that have obtained a health safety certificate from the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and other open places enabled for this activity by the competent authorities, provided that the number of attendees does not increase. For 300 people, according to the controls specified by the competent authorities, respecting all the precautionary measures and sanitary precautions established in this regard.
Meetings and conferences
As of tomorrow, Monday, meetings and conferences will be held in hotel establishments that have obtained a health safety certificate from the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and other establishments authorized for this activity by the competent authorities, provided that the number of attendees does not exceed 50% of the capacity of the room and a maximum of 150 people, according to the controls. Determined by the competent authorities, respecting all precautionary measures and sanitary precautions established in this regard.
Fairs and festivals
The decision allowed the holding of cultural exhibitions, festivals and other similar cultural activities in designated open spaces, provided that the attendance rate does not exceed 50% of the capacity of the place, in accordance with the controls established by the competent authorities.
The decision affirmed the fulfillment of all the precautionary measures and sanitary precautions established in this regard.
Cinemas and theaters
The decision also stipulated the increase in the occupancy rate that cinemas, theaters and cultural houses are obliged not to exceed when receiving the public at 50% of the capacity, respecting all precautionary measures and sanitary precautions decided by the competent authorities.
Funeral prayers
The decision also stipulated that funeral prayers should be held in open spaces attached to houses of worship, at times other than the performance of religious rites and the main mass prayers, in accordance with the controls established by the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Authorities. for non-Muslims, respecting all precautionary measures and sanitary precautions decided by the competent authorities.
Literacy classes
According to the decision, it is allowed to resume literacy classes and adult education activities in places that obtain the necessary licenses, in accordance with the controls established by the competent authorities, respecting all precautionary measures and sanitary precautions established in this regard.
Schools, institutes and universities
The decision also provided that the presence of students in the headquarters of schools, institutes and universities, in accordance with the controls specified by the competent authority, taking into account compliance with all precautionary measures and sanitary precautions established in this regard.
sport activities
As of tomorrow, the government decided to return to second-class soccer training, to allow the use of training and recreational pools, in addition to opening nurseries in clubs and youth centers.
