Today Sunday, the Prosecutor’s Office, Counselor, Hamada Al-Sawy, ordered the imprisonment of the accused in their places, the victim, “Amal Abdel-Hamid”, against him, after it was proven that the lineage of the child who had given birth matched the genetic fingerprints of the nucleic acids extracted from them.
The Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement on Sunday that it questioned the accused in July and took him before the “Forensic Medicine Authority.” Take a sample of your DNA and compare it with that of the child the victim gave birth to.
The Prosecutor’s Office continued in its statement that the authority’s report verified, after the comparison procedure, that the DNA DNA extracted from the child’s blood sample was shared equally in all the genetic sites that were revealed with the DNA DNA extracted from the victim’s blood sample and the accused’s blood sample, which proves that the aforementioned minor was his daughter, for which the accused was arrested.
Faced with the results of the comparison process, he recognized the paternity of the minor and ordered the “Attorney General” to detain him for four days pending investigations, and the investigations were being completed.
