The Mansoura Center Prosecutor’s Office decided to imprison a father who forced his daughter to have sex with him while preserving her virginity for years until she ran away from home, for a period of 4 days pending investigations.
Major General Raafat Abdel-Baath, Dakahlia Security Director, had received a notification from Major General Mustafa Kamal, Director of the Investigation Directorate, that the Mansoura police station had received a report from “Mazloum AMM”, from 40 years old, a driver, about the disappearance of his daughter, “F”, an 18 year old student. Several days ago, after she dropped out of class and was not found.
The Director of Investigations formed an investigation team headed by him, which includes Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Tawfiq, chief of investigations at the Mansoura Center, and criminal investigation and information technology officers.
The girl was located and returned, and she confirmed that she left the house due to repeated harassment and indecent assault by her father for many years, and when her mother found out about the matter, she tried to dissuade him from his actions, but he insisted and continued harassing her, so her mother advised her to leave the house to protect herself.
The girl said her father used to force her to have sex with her, but he was preserving her virginity, and rejected any boyfriend who proposed to her because of her desire to stay home and the situation as it is.
By summoning the mother, she confirmed her daughter’s accusations and confirmed that she tried to dissuade her husband from his actions and threatened him, but he constantly attacked her and her daughter by beating her to fulfill his wishes.
The Mansoura Center investigation was able to arrest the accused father, who confessed to having committed the incident and justified his act of “devil goose”.
A report of the arrest incident and the father’s accusation was issued and forwarded to the Public Ministry for investigation.
