Security sources revealed that the Public Ministry issued the decision to detain and quickly bring the accused student after receiving the forensic report on the genetic fingerprint, which verified that the minor was his daughter, since ambushes were prepared in the accused’s village during several days and they detained him, and investigations are being completed with him.

Previously, the Public Ministry had ordered the arrest of the accused for coercing the so-called “Amal”, and to check his genetic fingerprint with that of the child that, according to the author, was attributed to him.

Whereas, the “Monitoring and Analysis Unit” of the “Al-Bayan Prosecutor General’s Office” had monitored, during the recent period, the circulation of various lawsuits of the girl named “Amal Abdel Hamid” to re-investigate a person who had previously denounced in 2018 about her aggression by hating her against her, after New evidence arrived in the incident, demanding that she be able to prove the lineage of a son who gave birth to the accused in relation to the analysis of the fingerprint genetics, after the case in which he complained was closed, and another was rejected to prove the lineage of the mentioned child. .

Where it was found that the offense in which the aforementioned was informed of the fact of the aggression during March 2018 was maintained; This is to exclude the suspicion of a felony attributed to the defendant at that time; As it was not verified in the report of the Forensic Medical Authority that the complainant had any local sign indicating the occurrence of violence with her, while it was found that she was vile – and not a virgin – for a period that could not be determined, and the Police investigations at that time did not reach the truth of the incident.

Then, last June, the complainant wrote another report – after several passages of her circulated on social networks – in which she reported that she had obtained a witness about the accident to which she had been exposed. He attributed it to her as proof of the fact, especially after the cause that she filed to prove her lineage with him was rejected, so the Public Ministry listened to her and the witness of the fact who confirmed that the accused informed him of her complainant affliction, and that the girl who gave birth to her was her daughter, so the counselor ordered the “Attorney General” to arrest the accused and interrogate him and compare his DNA with that of the child.

Today, Sunday 12 of this month, the police, in compliance with the order of the Public Ministry, managed to arrest the accused, and after questioning him, the Public Ministry ordered that he seize him and present him to the Legal Medicine Authority tomorrow morning to take a sample of her genetic fingerprint and compare it with that of the child the complainant gave birth to. Investigations are being completed.
