The Board of Directors of the Fund for Social Housing and Support for Real Estate Financing, during its meeting, chaired by Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Public Services and Urban Communities, approved today the offer of 125 thousand homes, “100 one thousand social housing – 25 thousand medium-sized housing “, as the first stage within the Initiative of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi to provide housing to all citizens

May Abdel Hamid, executive director of the Fund for Social Housing and Real Estate Financing Support, said she will be presented to Cabinet to approve the sales prices and income limits for the social housing and middle housing units, explaining that the Social housing units to be offered will be distributed in various cities of Greater Cairo and most of the governorates.

The Fund’s executive director added: “It was approved to offer 3,869 units for social housing with an area of ​​75 square meters (two bedrooms and a living room), under the real estate financing system for low-income people, in the following areas: Al-Samakin in Ismailia Governorate, Mashtoul Al-Souq in Al-Sharqiya Governorate, Bani Mazar in Minya Governorate and Al-Maragha (Establishment) – Juhayna – Tama – Tahta – New Akhmim City) in Akhmim Governorate) of Sohag, and the city of New Qena in the governorate of Qena.

“Mai” indicated that the Board of Directors of the Fund for Social Housing and Support for Real Estate Financing approved the implementation of 3 warehouses in Hurghada, a nursery + flat store in Marsa Alam and a nursery to serve the beneficiaries of housing units in second stage of social housing.
