The prosecution summons youtuber Ahmed Hassan and his wife for exploiting their daughter Eileen

On Monday, the Prosecutor’s Office ordered the summons of youtuber Ahmed Hassan and his wife, in the report presented against him by the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, for intimidating their little daughter, “Eileen”, and exploiting her to profit from the posting of offensive videos.

The Prosecutor’s Office heard the statements of the social worker of the Child Care Line, who confirmed in the investigations that the Monitoring Unit and Social Networks of the Child Care Line 16,000 monitored the incident after it circulated on the networks social, after they published a video on YouTube in which the mother appeared after changing her skin color to play a joke on the child. Which caused panic and terror in itself and enraged many of the pioneers of social networking sites.

Dr. Sahar Al-Sunbati, secretary general of the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, said in an official statement that as soon as the video was monitored, he went to the Office of Child Protection of the Public Ministry to open an investigation judicial about the incident.

He added that there was a previous report against him last year, noting that an investigation of the previous events was requested, in addition to the new report and the accusation of human trafficking, according to article 291 of the Penal Code and Law 64 of 2010 against human trafficking.

Al-Sunbati confirmed that these events are a violation of the law and a violation of the rights of the child, and there is no justification for exploiting the innocent child in this way, and posting videos of incidents that include child abuse, as it is a violation of article 80 of the Egyptian Constitution, and also a violation of article 96 of the Egyptian Child Law, which These include situations that endanger the child and threaten the safety of the upbringing that must be available to the child, as that these cases are defined as “endangering his safety, morals, health or life, or if the conditions of his upbringing in the family, school, care institutions or others put him in danger or were at risk. For neglect, abuse, violence, exploitation or neglect ”, and constitutes a violation of article 291 of the Penal Code, which prohibits the violation of the child’s right to be the object of trafficking or sexual, commercial or economic exploitation.

And he stressed that the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood will take all necessary measures against any violation against children.
