Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar stressed that the reduction of reconciliation values ​​in the violations of construction for residential activity in the new cities comes within the framework of the work to reduce the burden on citizens and encourage them to reconcile in the violations. of construction, in order to legalize its conditions and control construction at the state level, especially in new cities.

The Housing Minister said: “The rates of reduction of values ​​in exchange for reconciliation in violations of construction for residential activity in the new cities are as follows: 15% in New Cairo, 20% in El Shorouk, 25 % in Badr and May 15, 15% in the city of Sheikh Zayed and 20% in the cities (October 6 – New October – October Gardens), 25% in New Sphinx and 20% in (El Obour – New Obour – New Damietta “.

The minister added that the reduction rates in the values ​​for reconciliation in construction violations for residential activity amount to 25% in the following new cities (Sadat – Tenth of Ramadan – New Salihiya – New Nubaria – New Rashid – New Burj Al Arab – Authority Property Protection Authority – Nueva Alamein – Tourist Villages Authority – New Fayoum – New Beni Suef – New Minya – New Assiut – Nasser “West Assiut” – New Sohag – New Akhmim – New Qena – West Qena – New Tiba – New Aswan – New Toshka).

Dr Assem Al-Jazzar said: He has approached Major General Mahmoud Shaarawi, Minister of Local Development, to coordinate with the governors, to obtain the necessary decisions to reduce the values ​​in exchange for reconciliation in the violations of buildings for residential activity in the new cities, in accordance with the provisions of the reconciliation law in some building violations.
