Regarding a question from the media about the need to fine those who initiated these violations until reaching this situation, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly explained that there are a series of major rapists and contractors who built violating towers that were transferred to the Military Prosecutor’s Office, and his violations were identified, some of which paid 200 million pounds. In addition, several major violators have paid £ 1 billion for reconciliation, so they have built many violating residential towers, and many local employees have been transferred to the prosecution, confirming that we are not targeting the simple citizen, but started with what are called “whales”. »Infractions.

At the same time, the Prime Minister emphasized that the government does not remove any building inhabited by citizens, as long as the citizen presents his papers proving his ownership of the unit, and the situation is immediately frozen, and we gave him the opportunity until the end this month of filing the papers and then completing your papers. Regarding the lack of desert sponsors in various governorates, especially Upper Egyptian governorates, the Prime Minister indicated that in each Upper Egyptian governorate there are at least one or two new cities, and that planning includes allowing in the future the increase of regulated construction within the villages, and the question is: For how long? The Prime Minister also indicated, in his dialogue with the media and journalists, that the new cities that were established 30 years ago, such as New Cairo, Al-Shorouk, Sheikh Zayed and the 10th of Ramadan, were called ghost cities, indicating that the Ramadan’s tenth city is currently inhabited by about One million citizens, what would be the case if those societies did not establish themselves and seek to get out of the narrow valley; Going out to new cities is not considered leaving the country.
