Renee Fyler, Al-Ahly coach
Ahmed Fawzi, former Al-Ahly goalkeeper, revealed the fact that Pyramids had started negotiations with Swiss Rene Fyler, coach of the Al-Ahly club’s first football team.
Fawzi said in statements about the program “Number one” presented by Omar Rabih Yassin on the channel “Al-Nahar”: “Pyramids negotiated with Fyler to assume the position of technical director and he agreed and will leave Al-Ahly in the new season”.
He explained: “Fyler will not be leaving Al-Ahly at this time, but will be leaving after the end of the season, especially after the end of the African Championship matches.”
He continued: “Fyler has a great name after his achievements with the Al-Ahly club, but he doesn’t have a show in Europe.”
Al-Ahly beats Ismaili by three clears
The Al-Ahly club achieved the victory at the expense of its counterpart, the Ismaili Club, with three clean goals, within the activities of the twenty-sixth day of the Egyptian Premier League competition, which was held on the floor of the Burj stadium Al Arab of Alexandria.
The match featured the participation of Mahmoud Kahraba in the 76th minute, instead of Geraldo from Angolan, after a long absence from the stadiums, so the red team is 3 points away from the official decision of the competition.
After winning, the Al-Ahly club increased their score to 71 points, at the top of the competition, and Ismaili’s balance stopped at 30 points in 10th place.
