Transfer of dates and conditions to reduce the alienation of first and second stage students

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the opening of the reductive alienation (analogous and unmatched and within the limits of 10%) for the students of the first and second stage, tomorrow, Saturday, September 12 to Wednesday, September 16, 2020 , in accordance with the controls and conditions set by the Supreme Council of Universities.

The main purpose of transferring the student, after their nomination through the coordination office, is to reduce the alienation of the student to join the university to which he was admitted based on the result of the coordination office, but in the closest place available to him. The purpose of reducing alienation is not to change the student’s mind and re-nominate.

☆☆ The rules to reduce alienation were as follows:
First … Transfer between universities: –
● The corresponding conversion is within the minimum limits for the sector.
● The non-coincident transfer will be made by meeting the minimum university to which it will be transferred.
● Comply with the rules of geographic distribution.
● Transfer through the electronic coordination site.
● There are no paper transfers.
● The transfer is for one time only.
● Satisfy the transfer conditions for some universities, such as (aptitude tests) that were carried out before the start of the coordination of the first phase.
● Differentiation between students is based on the high school total.

Second … Transfer between institutes: –
● A student who has been nominated for a higher or intermediate institute may transfer to another of the same specialty or other specialization, provided that the minimum admission threshold for the institute to which he will transfer is met, in light of the prescribed percentage, the absorption capacity and the total precedence of the total.
● There are no paper transfers.
● The transfer is for one time only.
