Several governors revealed the prices of reconciliation on building violations, after Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly’s conference on Wednesday, who had provided some facilities in paying for building violations.
New Valley Governorate
Eng. Magdy El-Tamawy, director of the Kharga Center in New Valley Governorate, announced that settlement prices for construction violations are set at 6 levels through a committee formed to determine the price per square meter in accordance with each region.
He explained that there are slides on each of the six levels, which are according to purpose, and include “residential – commercial – industrial – administrative – other” and prices range from £ 100 per square meter to £ 1500.
Applications are received during official working hours and in the evening from 6 to 9 pm and on Fridays and holidays, in order to facilitate citizens and overcome obstacles.
Al-Galubeiah Province
The Official Gazette published the decision of Major General Abdul Hamid Al-Hagan, Governor of Qalyubia No. 668 of 2020, on the reduction of the conciliation price per square meter for all prices mentioned in Resolution 784 of 2019 by 10%, provided that the price per square meter is not less than 50 pounds.
The decision included that after reviewing the Local Administration Law No. 43 of 1979 and its development regulations and its amendments, Law No. 119 of 2008 on unified building and its development regulations and its amendments, and Law No. 17 of 2019 on conciliation and legalization of situations in some acts committed in contravention of the provisions of the laws that regulate the building. And its executive regulation and its modifications, the governor’s resolution No. 784 of 2019, and the minutes of the committee meeting made up of Resolution No. 528 of 2019.
The first article included reducing the price of the reconciliation price per square meter for all the prices mentioned in Resolution 784 of 2019 by 10%, provided that the price per square meter is not less than 50 pounds, provided that the value is calculated in exchange for conciliation and legalization of conditions for the properties located outside the urban districts of the cities and within the cordon of those cities. For 50% of the value of the good square meter for these cities, as indicated in Resolution No. 784 of 2019, provided that the price of the square meter is not less than 80 pounds after applying the previous clause of the decision, and the second article included that the decision be published in the Official State Gazette.
Ismailia Governorate
Major General Sherif Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, issued a decision to reduce the value of conciliation fees on building violations by 25% of the value of the meter price, taking into account the deduction of the same percentage for those who paid a serious conciliation in the previous period.
Bishara explained that his decision to reduce the value was taken into consideration of the conditions of the citizens, provided that the reduction in the value of the violations is calculated in the final agreement.
Cairo Governorate
Major General Khaled Abdel Aal, Governor of Cairo, issued Decree No. 4976 of 2020 to reduce the price per square meter for construction violations, in order to facilitate the reconciliation of citizens, taking into account the deduction of the same percentage for those who paid a serious reconciliation in the previous period.
The governor of Cairo stated that the difference in the reduction of the value of the violations will be calculated in the final agreement.
Major General Ibrahim Awad, official spokesman for the Cairo governorate, said in televised remarks: “In some places, we have achieved reductions of 25 and 50%, as the meter reaches 120 pounds per square meter, and everything that there is to facilitate the citizens. “
He continued: “We went down to the subway at 50 and 100 pounds, and the facilities will be no less than that. The last date is September 30, and this is an irreversible deadline.”
North Sinai Governorate
Major General Mohamed Abdel-Fadil Shousha, Governor of North Sinai, issued a decision to reduce the price of a reconciliation meter in building violations to 50 pounds per square meter.
The governor said that this is part of the directives and enthusiasm of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Republic, in the interest of the citizen and to facilitate it.
The governor added that he decided to reduce the price per square meter for areas less than 100 square meters to 50 pounds for all regions.
He explained that the decision applies to all citizens (who have submitted pending contact requests), highlighting that conciliation requests can be submitted in town halls or local rural units, each one according to their place of residence.
Menoufia Governorate
Major General Ibrahim Abolimon, Governor of Menoufia, decided to reduce the estimated prices that were announced for reconciliation in building violations by up to 20%.
The number of reconciliation requests in the Menoufia governorate has reached 142,000 so far.
Luxor Governorate
Councilor Mustafa Elham, Governor of Luxor, decided to reduce the amount of settlement decided for residential use for all hamlets and hamlets in the governorate villages, provided that the price per square meter is 50 pounds, which is the minimum for the Reconciliation Law No. 17 of 2019.
The governor decided the amount to reduce the settlement amount for residential use in the mother villages and subordinate villages by 30% of the prices announced by the Governor’s Decree No. 35 of 2020, provided that the price per square meter on the streets “4” or less is 50 pounds.
The governor decided to reduce the amount allocated to conciliation for residential use in the cities of the governorate by 20% of the price decided by the decision of the previous referred governor, taking into account that whoever had previously reconciled would be paid in light of the Price reduction.
Luxor governorate asked citizens to promptly request reconciliation of the infringing properties on the specified dates, with the assurance that the latest deadline for reconciliation is September 30, 2020 and that the deadline will not be extended to other periods.
Port Said Governorate
Major General Adel Ghadhban, Governor of Port Said, decided today, Thursday, in order to facilitate citizens to reduce the price of the metro to reconcile with the infractions of the building, which was previously estimated by the competent committees, of the Following way:
Reduce the price per square meter by 10% for the city of Port Fouad and the eastern neighborhood, 20% for the flower, suburban, Arab, Al-Manakh and western neighborhoods, and 30% for the southern neighborhood .
Sohag Governorate
Major General Tariq Al-Fiqi, Governor of Sohag, decided to grant a two-month grace period to complete and comply with the documents to citizens who requested reconciliation on building violations, in compliance with Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, about it.
The governor called on violators to quickly go to the headquarters of the technology centers in local units to push for the seriousness of reconciliation before the end of the designated deadline, stressing that the state will take all legal measures after the deadline expires on September 30.
Damietta Governorate
Damietta Governor Dr. Manal Awad issued a decision to reduce the value of the meter price for reconciliation in some construction violations varying rates ranging from 30 to 50% in various areas based on their comparative advantage, taking into account the economic and social dimensions, in accordance with the Prime Minister’s directives.
The governor said that the value of the consideration for reconciliation has been determined after taking into account all situations, the most important of which is the social dimension, due to the presence of geographically very differentiated areas, but the conditions of its inhabitants. they are simple and may not be able to support initial reconciliation values.
Minya Governorate
Major General Osama al-Qadi, Governor of Minya, said that the value of reconciliation in procedures to legalize the condition of buildings in violation of the law has been reduced by 50% in towns and cities, taking into account the social dimension of the residents of the towns and suburbs.
“Al-Qadi” added in press releases, that 85% of rapes in towns and suburbs, pointing to the opening of the door to re-evaluate the value of reconciliation, which encouraged offenders to resort to reconciliation, highlighting that 52,888 citizens submitted to reconciliation, and that the percentage exceeded 90% of applicants among offenders. .
He highlighted that warning signs have been placed in violating buildings to educate citizens not to buy these buildings or residential units in them because it is a violation, and also to educate their owners on the need to come forward for reconciliation.
