Confirmed Dr. Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education The state has the right to ban private lessons and therefore private lesson centers in Egypt are closed and banned.
The Minister of Education said that this year the Ministry provides multiple sources of learning, indicating that the Ministry’s resources are distinguished by quality and accreditation.
The education minister added that the new school year is the year of back to school, the year of teacher reward, the year of quality control, and not the year of sitting at home, as some promote.
The education minister said the ministry will organize strengthening groups for transfer classes in accordance with the controls the ministry will establish for schools, and general certificate groups will be organized through education departments.
The Minister of Education added that the distance education platforms available: Ask the teacher, educational channels, an interactive book platform and the electronic lesson platform
Dr Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education, is now holding a press conference to announce the details of the new 2020-2021 school year in light of the current situation of the Corona pandemic.
This conference will be attended by Osama Heikal, Minister of State for Information.
The Minister of Education said that the study will begin on October 17 in schools and universities, as for international schools, they are allowed to start before this date.
