Lawyer Ahmed Mahran and counsel for counselor Noha Al-Imam filed a complaint with the Nuzha Prosecutor’s Office against the Heliopolis Court officer, Lieutenant Colonel Walid Assal.

He added that there had been a verbal altercation between his client and Lieutenant Colonel Walid Assal, a deportation officer affiliated with the Heliopolis court guards, where “Asal” threatened the counselor Noha al-Imam and terrorized her, threatening her, “Heglbashk and Armeki are in custody”, despite the fact that he knew the truth about their personality from his previous visit to the Prosecutor’s Office.
She noted that the officer forcibly took her phone, then tried to leave without legal justification, prompting her to attack him to defend herself. Her attempt to retrieve the phone resulted in inadvertently ripping part of her clothing, “her shoulder”.
The lawyer said in his report that the officer attacked his client, harassed and defamed her, while his hands reached her chest as fixed in the videos, holding her clothes and chest until her glasses, which were hanging on her clothes , fell over his chest.
The defendant also bruised his hand and arm from pulling his shoulder during his arrest without any support from reality or the law, according to the report.
It added that the accused of her rights had detained her in cases other than flagrante delicto and without permission or requirement, as well as registering her in violation of the law and the constitution, since it is not allowed to register a woman without the knowledge of a woman, as well as seizing your phone and violating your privacy through force and violence.
At the end of his communication, Mahran sought to take the necessary legal measures towards the accused, open an investigation and ask him about the allegations mentioned in the report, and authorize his client to be presented to the doctor to extract a medical report of the injuries he had received as a result of violence from the officer and others.
The Prosecutor’s Office had ordered the referral of Counselor Noha Al-Imam to trial on charges of assaulting Officer Walid Asal while he was carrying out his work, and the Administrative Prosecutor’s Office decided to refer her to the pension due to her health conditions.
