Ahmed Ayman Mansour – Ahmed Sayed Zizou – Zamalek – Pyramids
Ayman Mansour, the Zamalek star and former Egyptian national team, hopes his son Ahmed, the Pyramids player, will follow in his footsteps and join the first if the opportunity presents itself.
Mansour said on Al-Nahar channel on Sunday: “I heard news that Zamalek negotiated with Ahmed two years ago. Ahmed is still extending his contract with Pyramids until 2022.”
He continued: “I hope he will move to Zamalek, but I cannot direct him. The decision is in his hands. Ahmed grew up in Zamalek and played for the club since he was eight years old.”
The former White Castle forward continued: “Ahmed thinks a lot about foreign professionalism. Al-Ahly? Some of them may have spoken to him in a friendly way, but there is nothing official.”
Ahmed Mansour (25 years old) left Zamalek in 2013 to join the Tala’a Army, after a year he moved to the interior, and a year later he moved to Al-Masry, and in 2018 Pyramids obtained his services.
The defender participated in 120 matches in the Egyptian Premier League, scoring 6 goals and sending 4 assists.
He joined the Egyptian team with coach Javier Aguirre and was a substitute at the 2019 African Cup.
