Al-Ahly files new complaint against Abdullah Al-Saeed at Center for Arbitration and Arbitration

The Al-Ahly club filed a new complaint against Abdullah Al-Saeed, the Pyramids player, at the Refereeing and Arbitration Center to claim the club’s right to the player, after the latter decided to terminate his contract with Ahly from Jeddah and rejoined the Pyramids club without Al-Ahly perceiving the value of the penalty clause stipulated in the tripartite contract concluded between the Al-Ahly club, Al-Ahly Jeddah and the player, when Al-Saeed moved to the ranks of the Saudi club two years ago.

Al-Ahly filed an earlier complaint with FIFA, but the latter confirmed that it is not concerned about resolving the dispute over the club’s rights because the player is currently in the ranks of an Egyptian club and the matter is therefore has become an internal matter and the one responsible is the Egyptian Football Association, and the response from FIFA that the club received also included that it surveyed the position of Ahly The Saudi grandmother of the crisis, which claimed that the player had canceled his contract and had joined the Pyramids club.

Al-Ahly supported his complaint with a copy of the tripartite contract between the club, Ahly Jeddah and Abdullah Al-Saeed, which stipulated in one of its main clauses that the player is not entitled to join any Egyptian club during his entire contract with Jeddah’s family. The complaint of the correspondence received from FIFA in this regard, which clearly indicated the right of the club to claim its rights by filing a complaint with the Egyptian Football Association after the player joined an Egyptian club in violation of the conditions of his sale to the Saudi club.
