Turkish security services launched an offensive against ISIS operatives
Turkish Interior Minister Suleiman Soylu said his country’s police had arrested “the emir of the Islamic State in Turkey.”
Soylu added that the suspect had received instructions from Iraq and Syria to carry out attacks in Turkey.
