The Shubra al-Kheima First Division received a report from a person accusing two boys of sexually assaulting his son and filming him naked inside an apartment in Shubra al-Khaimah, leaving him in a state of severe fatigue.

The investigations found that the defendants, aged 15 and 14, are friends and meet in the apartment of one of them, who lives almost alone after the separation of his parents, and stays with his mother, who goes out every day and sleeps at night outside the apartment.

They were arrested and, in front of them, they confessed the fact, since one of them admitted that he had lured the victim to his apartment to practice homosexuality with him just for fun, and confirmed that his parents had separated for some time.

One of the defendants added that he lives with his mother, who is absent from the house for long periods, and that he feels very bored, forcing him to resort to watching sex clips on the Internet, and then imitate those scenes in the nature.

He explained that he had sex with his friend, then lured the victim, tied him up with ropes and photographed him with the help of his first friend, naked, to threaten not to report the incident.

A report was prepared on the incident, and when it was sent to the Prosecutor’s Office, the Prosecutor’s Office ordered that the victim be taken to the forensic doctor, who found in his report that he had been subjected to violent sexual assault and the effects of torture and injuries. as a consequence of documenting the victim with ropes. The prosecution also ordered the arrest of the accused for 4 days pending investigation.
