Nasr City Club Demands Al-Ahly Right to Sponsor Women in Official Letter

The management of the Al-Ahly club received an official fax from Madinat Nasr, asking him to obtain 3% of the right to sponsor Hussein Al-Shahat, a player of the red team, who moved to the Red Castle, during January 2019, from Al -Ain, United Arab Emirates, in a deal valued at $ 5 million.

Al-Shahat began his football career at Nasr City Housing Club, where he played in all age groups of the club, for a period of up to 10 years from “2003 – 2012”, then moved to Al-Sharkia Club at the age 19 years old, to catch the lights. He joined the ranks of clear Egypt in 2014, until his official departure in 2018 to the UAE club Al Ain.

City Nasr Club officials requested Hussein Al-Shahat’s sponsorship rights from the percentage of his addition to Al-Ain’s Red Team, the United Arab Emirates, just as Al-Ahly paid the percentage from Eastern Tobacco.

Al-Ahly’s board of directors had recently paid the sponsorship fee payment to Eastern Tobacco, amounting to 1,160,000 pounds, and the checks were paid in an official capacity, during the last period, after the administration issued an official decision.

Al-Ahly studies all legal aspects

Nasr City club officials found that they are entitled to obtain a legal percentage of Al-Shahat’s union agreement, similar to what happened with Eastern Tobacco, as Al-Ahly officials are studying all legal aspects before issue the final decision on the letter sent.

Nasr City Club confirmed that article 21 of the FIFA Regulations on the solidarity contribution to the transfer of players and the provisions set forth in Appendix n. 5 on the same list, as the player Hussein Ali Al-Shahat Ali was registered in Nasr City from 2003-2004 to 2011-2012, the club I hope to pass on the club’s percentage of 60% of the value of the solidarity contribution for the transfer of the player from Al Ain to Al-Ahly, equal to 3% of the value of the transfer, for the period that went from 12 to 19 years, according to the regulations such as the club’s sponsorship rights.

Nasr City Club attached a certificate from the Egyptian Football Association indicating Hussein Al-Shahat’s enrollment periods with the club, and one of the persons authorized to deal with Al-Ahly was formally authorized to deliver and receive all official documents. in this regard, noting that all securities are issued in the name of Nasr City Club.
