Yemeni authorities announced the temporary capital of Aden, the city “infested” with the new Crown, after an increase in cases of HIV and other diseases due to recent rains and torrential rains in the country.
And revealed that the Aden-based Supreme National Emergency Committee to confront Corona monitored five new cases and one death Monday in Hadramout governorate, bringing the total number of areas under legitimate government control to 55, including nine deaths.
On Sunday, the committee announced 17 new cases, 10 of them in Aden, with a total of 35 injuries so far, including 4 deaths.
The Houthis, who control Sanaa and most major urban centers, only reported two cases of infection and one death in the area.
The internationally recognized government based in Aden accused the Houthis of covering up the situation in Sana’a, which the Houthis deny.
The Higher Emergency Committee stated in its Twitter account that “the administrative and political situation in the city of Aden hinders any effort to confront the epidemic, which requires the need to correct the situation so that the institutions involved can carry out their chores”.
