The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported more human casualties among Syrian mercenaries that Turkey sent to Libya during military operations in Tripoli. The observatory documented the arrival of at least 7 bodies in areas controlled by Turkey and armed factions in the northern Aleppo camp in Syria, according to Sky News Arabia.

According to the Observatory, the death toll of pro-Turkish factions and Syrian mercenaries, as a result of military operations in Libya, stands at 268.

The Syrian Observatory said that the process of transfer of Syrian mercenaries carried out by Turkey from Syrian lands to Libya is still ongoing.

According to observatory sources, most armed factions confirmed that they no longer had the desire to send their fighters to Libya, in light of the difficult conditions they face there.
Sources noted that Turkey did not comply with the temptations it initially alleged, so the matter turned into great pressure that amounted to a Turkish intelligence threat to faction leaders, either by sending fighters or “the result will be to open files related to scandals for faction leaders. “

According to Syrian Observatory statistics, the number of mercenaries who have arrived from Syria to the lands of Libya has so far reached 8,000, while more than 3,000 of them are still in Turkish camps for training.
