A statistic prepared by Reuters revealed that the number of new deaths from coronavirus in the United States today exceeded 40,000, which is the highest number of deaths in the world, and almost double that of Italy, which has the second highest number of deaths in the world.

There are no deaths in China

This occurs when China said on Monday that it had registered no deaths from the Corona virus for the second consecutive day, while on April 19 there were 12 new confirmed cases of the Corona virus, withdrawing from 16 cases announced the previous day with no deaths.

Of this number, there were eight cases of people who came from abroad, compared to nine cases the day before, the committee said in its daily bulletin.

There were four local cases of infection, including three in the northeast border province of Heilongjiang and one in Inner Mongolia.

China also reported 49 new cases of corona infection for people without symptoms on the mainland on April 19, compared with 44 the day before.

There are currently 82,747 cases in mainland China and 4,632 deaths at the end of April 19.
