Syed Merhi: I have two offers for Ashour in the Emirates

The players’ agent Sayed Merhi confirmed that he has two offers for superstar Hossam Ashour, the Al-Ahly Club player in the Emirates, indicating that he doesn’t mind moving to Zamalek.

“I am the agent for Hossam Ashour and I have two shows for Ashour in the United Arab Emirates,” Merhi said in comments to the third audience program on OnTime Sports.

The agent added: “If Hossam Ashour wants to move to Zamalek, I don’t care.”

Mahmoud Al-Khatib, head of the Al-Ahly Club, had a session with Ashour, during which the player received an offer that included a decent retirement match to honor him, in addition to granting him privileges including administrative qualification and his appearance on the Al-Ahly’s screen, if he retired in the red jersey at the end of the current season.

Sayed Merhi confirmed that he had previously entered into negotiations with Ahmed Fathi to move to Zamalek, along with Al-Saeed’s signing of White Castle.

Merhi said: “I contacted Fathi and went to his house, and Zamalek’s offer was £ 30m over the two seasons.”

He added: “Fathi initially asked Abdullah Al-Saeed, whether he signed or not?”, Murtaza Mansour and Ismail Youssef contacted him by phone.

The players’ agent concluded that things were going well, but on the day of the signing, two hours split the deal, settling the deal for Al-Ahly, after Fathi was busy filming a promotional advertisement and sending his agent, and He then met Turki Al-Sheikh at one of the hotels to finalize the deal for Al-Ahly.
