Books – Hadi Al-Madani:
IFAP has issued a series of changes to its football laws that will be introduced starting in the 2020-2021 season, which included 12 amendments.
And “IFAP” issued a decision today, Thursday, to postpone the amendments to the soccer laws that are expected to be implemented starting June 1 for the championships affected by the postponements resulting from the outbreak. Virus Sk.
But what are the amendments that will apply from next June? We list it below:
Law 1 – The playing field
The masts and keel can be a mix of the four main geometric shapes.
Law 10 – Determine the result of the match
Yellow cards and warnings do not extend to the penalty shootout.
See also the changes to Law 14 related to penalties.
Law 11 – Infiltration
If the offensive striker obtains the ball from the defender as a result of the latter’s deliberate handball, he is considered an offside player.
Interpretation of the article: The intentional touch of the defender’s hand is deliberate play in case of offside. With legally permitted play (eg, heads-up or heads-up) placing the inquisitive striker in an infiltration-free mode, “illegal” play must have a similar result.
Law 12 – Errors and misconduct
Touch of the hand: the limit between the shoulder and the arm is below the armpit
An “unnoticed” handball by an attacking player (or teammate) is only counted if it occurs “immediately” before the goal or a clear opportunity to score goals
The goalkeeper may get a red card or be sent off for “illegally” touching the ball a second time after restarting the game (such as a goal kick, free kick, etc.) even if the touch is with one hand or one arm.
Any offense (not just a mistake) that “interferes with or stops a promising attack” must result in a yellow card.
A player who does not meet the required distance of 4 meters on a projected ball must obtain a yellow card.
If the referee allows play to continue or a “quick” free kick is allowed after an error and play is suspended, the yellow card is not required.
Law 14 – Penalty
The goalkeeper is not penalized for the mistake if the goal penalty was missed or bounced off the post and crossbar (without a touch from the goalkeeper) unless the violation clearly affects the kick.
The goalkeeper is warned of the first hit. Then he receives a yellow card for any other violation.
A penalty kick will be awarded if the goalkeeper and the ball scoff at the same time.
