Today, Tuesday, the Ministry of Health and Population announced that 388 new cases have been confirmed as laboratory positives for the emerging coronavirus (Covid 19), and 16 new cases have died.
Dr. Khaled Mujahid, Advisor to the Minister of Health and Population for Media Affairs, revealed today in a statement that 98 of those infected with Coronavirus have been discharged from isolation and quarantine hospitals, including a foreigner, after receiving the Necessary medical attention and complete your recovery according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization, which makes the total of people who recover from the virus Up to 1730 cases as of today.
He explained that the number of cases whose laboratory tests went from positive to negative increased to 2,224 cases, including the recovery of 1,730.
Mujahid said that all registered HIV positive cases in isolated and quarantined hospitals are subject to medical care, according to guidelines from the World Health Organization.
“Mujahid” stated that the total number recorded in Egypt with the new Corona virus until today, Tuesday, is 7201 cases, including 1730 cases that have been cured and released from isolation and quarantine hospitals, and 452 deaths.
The Ministry of Health and Population continues to increase its preparations in all provinces, follows the situation first hand with respect to the “emerging crown” virus and takes all necessary precautions against any virus or infectious disease, since the “105” hotline and “15335” have been assigned to receive inquiries from citizens about an emerging and infectious disease Corona virus.
