The World Health Organization has published a document prepared by the WHO office in Egypt, which shows the distribution of coronavirus cases in various provinces of the Republic, until the beginning of May.
The document says that the capital Cairo occupies the top of the provinces as the most registered cases of Coronavirus infection, followed by the provinces of Giza, Alexandria, Qalyubia, Menoufiya, Damietta, Luxor, Beni Suef, Gharbia, Aswan , Qena, Dakahlia, Beheira, Port Said, Fayoum, Red Sea, Sharq, Sharq, Red Sea, Sharqia Kafr El-Sheikh, Assiut, Minya, Sohag, South Sinai, Matrouh, New Valley, Ismailia, Suez, respectively.
The document indicates that the Matrouh Governorate came in the last order of the governorates that registered crown cases, and at that time the organization had not approved the presence of an infected case in the North Sinai Governorate.
He added that all of Egypt’s provinces registered new infections with the Corona virus, after North Sinai remained uninfected since the beginning of the crisis in mid-February.
And it showed a table published by the organization, the number of injuries in each governorate.
Egypt recorded 6,465 cases, including 1,562 cases, which were cured and discharged from isolation and quarantine hospitals, in addition to 429 deaths.
While the “World Meter” scale says that Egypt is ranked 49 among the countries most affected by the Corona virus.
For that, the total number of crown injuries in the world reached 3 million and 560 thousand people, and the deaths reached 248 thousand people, and the number of recovered people exceeded one million and 152 thousand people.
