LONDON – Electronic Arts on Monday agreed to buy UK video game developer Codemasters in a 1. 1.2 billion deal.
The deal confirmed a previous transaction between rival publisher Take-Two Interactive and Codemasters. The PA agreed to acquire Codemasters last month for 726 million (71,971 million).
