The Northwest Arkansas Council will shell out more than 1 1 million over the next six months to attract top talent in charming small towns in the Ozark Mountains – and remote workers will get 10,000 10,000 to step up, plus bikes to explore the hilly area.

The council is calling on the latest grades, families, career-changers and entrepreneurs who are looking for a “unique opportunity to create balance for those eager to move beyond crowded and expensive big cities and suburbs”.
Northwest Arkansas, the headquarters of three Fortune 500 companies – home to Walmart, Tyson Foods and JB Hunt – specifically intends to hire residents with STEM jobs (science, technology, engineering and math), although not necessarily.
