Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – Jambo House reopens for Disney Vacation Club guests only with few services beginning July 10


In the continuing saga that is the state of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – Jambo House, there have been other change. You may recall that on June 21, we broke the list and the dates for the remaining Walt Disney World Resorts to reopen, and Jambo House was listed and reopened on July 10.

Then on June 25, there was an update that removed Disney’s Animal Kingdom – Jambo House from the list of resorts that would open, undated. At that time, Jambo House joined Disney’s All-Star Resorts (Movies, Music and Sports), Disney’s Port Orleans Resort (French Quarter & Riverside), and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge for not having a scheduled reopening date or availability for 2021.

Well, today we bring you a new update that Disney’s Animal Kingdom: Jambo House will be saying “Jambo” to Disney Vacation Club guests. only as of July 10, which was the original reopening date of the complex.

However, there are some important details about the reopening. Outside of Guests being able to use the check-in area and pool area at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – Jambo House, nothing else will open on this side of the resort.

What does this mean? For Guests who wish to purchase, dine, or use any of the resort’s services, they must walk or take the courtesy shuttle service to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – Kidani Village.
