Maestro’s Ocean Club Malibu, one of LA’s biggest celebrated hot-spots, is very open to business despite a ban on indoor and outdoor dining by LA County … and it’s easy to ignore the law and snatch the table.
A source tells TMZ … Maestro is still operating as an “underground open”, with Patron undertaking wine and dining under a large, white tent set up outside a fancy restaurant.
People traveling for meals during an epidemic can make reservations over the phone … we’ve been told there’s no password or anything like this … and there are a lot of reservations available on the T-puntable every month this month.
The video we found was shot inside the makeshift dining room on Tuesday night, and shows all the employees wearing facial ings … following the same rules established when outdoor dining returned earlier this year.
As you know … outdoor and indoor dining in LA County was suspended – and all soccer under Newsem’s order – in late November when ICU capacity in local hospitals fell below 15 percent.

We reached out to Maestro several times for comment, as well as the LA County Sheriff’s Department and the LA County Health Department … yet, no word back.
