Demi Moore is no longer brunette.
The 47-year-old actress took to Instagram on Wednesday to introduce her “Brave New World” character to fans, along with a new blonde look and short haircut.
“Meet Linda. #BraveNewWorld is now broadcasting on @peacocktv! Moore captioned the photo of her on-screen alter ego, whose bleached bob is a far cry from the star’s long shiny hair.
In the comments, some of Moore’s friends and family admitted that they could barely recognize her. “Tbh, blonde, it’s a whole new truth that I didn’t know I needed,” wrote her daughter Tallulah Willis, who also commented, “WE ARE CUTE.”
“Ohhhh she’s blonde! Werk!” Added celebrity stylist Brad Goreski.
While her role as “Brave New World” may have asked her to go blonde (most likely wearing a wig), Moore is one of many who have had her hair done in recent months; Dua Lipa, Sarah Hyland and Ruby Rose have experimented with new shades in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
