Death Stranding Sequel Potentially Mocked By Hideo Kojima

Hideo Kojima has tweeted part of his process to design a “new title”, with an image suggesting that the next Kojima Productions game could be set within Death Stranding

Kojima has explained that he is working on a new concept with longtime collaborator and Kojima Productions art director Yoji Shinkawa, and enthusiastic-eyed fans have discovered that a concept art piece features a vehicle with a prominent logo of ‘BRIDGES’ printed on the side. (BRIDGES is the organization that Norman Reedus’ Sam works on in Death Stranding):

Naturally, people are now wondering if the legendary director plans to make an immediate return for a Death Stranding sequel of some sort. Kojima previously said that he would be open to returning to the Death Stranding universe, but explained that he would ‘start from scratch’ if he did, apparently indicating that a new game would not continue the plot of the first.

Kojima recently scrapped a big project and is now in the planning phase for his next game; It’s not yet clear what form that game will take, but based on these concepts, it looks like it may be related to Death Stranding in some way.

As can be seen in the following tweet, despite the fact that they are both working from home, Kojima is working on a new title with Kojima Productions Art Director Yoji Shinkawa, discussing the characters, the world and the ideas of the draft. email and text.

The first Death Stranding has yet to hit PC, but it will arrive on July 14 after a delay, and we now know what it will take to run the game on your machine.
