Grammy and three-time S.A.G. Pair winner Daniel Brooks H.B.O. Joining Max Peacemaker Spin spin f series for James Gunn’s next Suicide Squad Movie. He joins John Cena, who is playing the title character, and Steve Egg, who reprimands his John Economo character from the film.
Brooks will play the role of Liota Adebayo in the series, who will explore the origins of Cena’s peacemaker character, a man who believes in peace at any cost – no matter how many people he has to kill to get it. Suicide Squad August Gust on is set to hit theaters. Gunn wrote all eight episodes Peacemaker And will direct many episodes. He will serve as an EP as a co-producer with the film’s producer Peter Safran and CA.

Peacemaker Gun’s Troll Court will be produced by Entertainment and Travel Company in collaboration with Warner Bros. Television. Production is set to begin early next year.
Brooks is best known for her role as Tasha “Tasty” Jefferson in Netflix Orange is the new black, For which she received three SAG awards for the pair. For her performance, Brooks received two NAACP Image Award nominations for Best Actress in a Comedy Series. She was also the recipient of the Young Hollywood Award for Breakthrough Actress. She is currently shooting in the title role Mahalia Jackson Project For director Kenny Leone.
