Kaynu Reeves is busy with the release date of Cyberpunk 2077 approaching, as he has appeared on another TV venue for the game. In this business, it manipulates – or warns – that your potential in the world is limited by what you are prepared to become.
We’ve seen a quick glimpse of the amazing Night City in this trailer, as grown-up citizens scramble with their cybernetic enhancements and speed up the street in future cars. Another meaning of Reeves’ words is possible, of course, not only about physical growth, but also about the limits of your own morality. Like other CD Project Red role-playing games, you can take your character in different directions depending on your preferences.
“If you can hack it, the fate is yours,” Reeves adds.
Vahu.
That line certainly looks like Kenu Reeves from something other than the sci-fi franchise involved. It doesn’t just play a role in Cyberpunk 2077, and will play one of the biggest roles in the story. He has also appeared as a singer of a fictional band that is actually made up of members of Denial. The band’s song “Chipin ‘Inn was used for Reeves’ surprise revelation during E3 2019.
Cyberpunk 2077 is out for Xbox One, PS4 and PC on November 19, and it will be played on Xbox One X Series X and Series S as well as PS5, although the full next-gen version is yet to be ready. The Google Stadia version also comes later this year.
With a little more than a month to go, game developers are reporting a day of mandatory play despite previous promises to avoid “shortages” during development. The game has been delayed twice: first April to September and then November.
